Constructed with heavy-duty plywood inner and outer walls and a custom-made aluminum profile frame, this case is engineered to outperform conventional chassis designs that rely on pull studs. The upper and lower aluminum profile joints are secured via aluminum welding, and the internal fixed structure uses 5MM iron plate framing bonded with high-strength shock-absorbing glue for maximum rigidity under load. The SB6WRMICX features a 19″ standard rack width with 12″ rail-to-rail depth, captive pocket doors with protective foam-lined front and rear lids, and dual spring-loaded handles for practical handling on the road.
