Constructed with 12mm thick premium wood board set within custom-made aluminum profiles, the case features aluminum-welded corner joints on all four upper and lower profiles, eliminating the pull-stud failures common in traditional rack cases. An internal fixed frame of 5mm iron plate is bonded to the shell using high-strength shock-absorbing glue, providing a rigid, vibration-damping structure capable of withstanding the rigors of fully loaded transport.
