PSE Series Overview
The Sound Barrier PSE Series Siamese Twin Cable is a purpose-engineered multi-function cable assembly designed to consolidate AC power, balanced audio signal, and Ethernet data into a single routed cable for active line array loudspeaker systems. The assembly integrates a NEUTRIK PowerCON locking power circuit rated at 250V/20A, a dual balanced XLR signal path with REAN gold-plated connectors, and an Ethernet RJ45 data link, eliminating the need for three separate cable runs between cabinets. Available in multiple length configurations including PSE1, PSE4, PSE10, PSE16, and PSE24, the PSE Series is suited for touring companies, system integrators, and production houses deploying powered line array systems. The Siamese construction and flexible PVC jacket with nylon reinforcement keep the assembly manageable during rigging and deployment.
All connectors are serviceable all-metal REAN construction, supporting field repair without full cable replacement, and the locking PowerCON terminations ensure secure power connections in flown or stacked configurations.
