Shure SBC240 — Two-Bay Networked Docking Battery Charger
SBC240 Overview
The Shure SBC240 is a compact, networked docking charger designed to charge and store any combination of SB910 and SB920A rechargeable batteries, as well as ADX1, ADX2, and ADX2FD transmitters using Shure rechargeable batteries. Its network-enabled design allows remote monitoring of charger and battery parameters through Shure Wireless Workbench software, giving engineers and system operators full visibility into battery status from a central location. Up to four SBC240 units can be connected together to share both power and network connectivity, simplifying large-scale deployments. This charger is well suited for touring companies, houses of worship, broadcast facilities, and venues running Shure Axient Digital wireless systems.
The SBC240’s daisy-chain capability reduces cable clutter and infrastructure requirements, making it a practical solution for multi-channel wireless installations where battery management and uptime are critical.
