OM2S Overview
The Audix OM2S is a professional dynamic vocal microphone built for a wide range of applications including live stage performance, home recording, and studio tracking. It employs a VLM™ diaphragm for clear, precise sound reproduction with exceptional voice response across a 50 Hz–16 kHz frequency range. The hypercardioid polar pattern provides a tight, uniform pickup field that isolates vocals from stage instruments and delivers strong resistance to feedback. The OM2S is well suited for vocalists, live sound engineers, and system integrators working across small to large-format PA environments.
The OM2S variant adds a convenient on/off switch to the standard OM2 design, and every unit is designed, assembled, and tested by Audix in the USA.
