The Audix MicroPod Series is a modular condenser microphone system pairing the M1250B miniature condenser microphone with a choice of 6, 12, or 18-inch gooseneck, purpose-built for presentations, conferencing, and meeting room environments. The system delivers a frequency range of 50 Hz to 19 kHz with exceptional transient response, providing natural speech reproduction from a comfortable working distance. Available polar patterns include cardioid, hypercardioid, and shotgun, allowing integrators to match pickup characteristics to the acoustic demands of the space. Designed, machined, assembled, and tested by Audix in the USA, the MicroPod Series is well suited for houses of worship, boardrooms, broadcast facilities, and live presentation environments.
The modular architecture allows the gooseneck to be paired with any microphone from the Audix Micros Series, extending flexibility across a broad range of installed and portable applications. The machined brass microphone body features an integrated mic preamp, a field-replaceable capsule, and terminates in a standard XLR male connector.
