Audix HT2 — Heavy-Duty Supercardioid Headworn Condenser Microphone
HT2 Overview
The Audix HT2 is a professional pre-polarized headset condenser microphone engineered for demanding stage, presentation, and broadcast environments. Its uniformly controlled supercardioid polar pattern captures vocals cleanly from a comfortable 2 to 3 inches off-axis, providing strong gain-before-feedback and natural sound isolation. The HT2 is built around a high-performance 5mm capsule capable of handling very high SPLs without distortion, making it a dependable choice for touring performers, presenters, and broadcast talent. Designed primarily for use with Audix Wireless Systems, it is equally suited for wired applications with the optional APS911 phantom power adapter.
Manufactured to tight tolerances, the HT2 features a rubber-coated metal frame for durability and low-profile wearability, with a 3-foot high-quality cable terminating in a space-saving mini XLRf connector for clean integration with bodypack transmitters.
