The Audix DP7 is a purpose-built drum microphone package that delivers a complete, stage-ready and studio-ready mic solution in a single kit. The package centers on the Audix D6, Audix’s flagship kick drum microphone, and rounds out the kit with two D2 dynamic microphones for rack toms, a D4 for floor tom, the i5 for snare, and a pair of ADX51 studio condenser microphones for overhead miking. The DP7 is suited for touring drummers, live sound engineers, studio engineers, and production companies requiring a proven, cohesive drum mic solution.
The kit ships with four D-Vice rim mount clips for the snare and tom microphones, three heavy-duty tension fit microphone clips for the remaining microphones, and a foam-lined aluminum road case for secure transport and storage.
